So the listing agent is completely ignoring my agent!!! WTF is up with that... I really don't care what the agents beef is with Lisa (my agent) but if I don't get this house I'm gonna be pissed! Lisa called her 4x's yesterday to see if she had faxed over the offer and if she heard anything from the bank, since after all my bid was for what the bank has been asking for.
NO RETURN CALL.. I mean WTF!!! Even if she didn't hear from the bank she could have had the common curtiousy to call and be like.. Hey Lisa, its Sheila, I didn't hear from the bank yet but just wanted to touch base with you." Or ANYTHING to that effect. So Lisa had her partner call Sheila today and miraculously she answers!! Soooo we totally think shes just dodging Lisa, in which case we'll just call the bank directly ourselves for the status.
She finally called back and told us that the offer went to the negotiator.. whatever that means sooo yea... thats where we are. I'm hoping to find out by Friday if I got the house or not so I'm crossing my fingers. lol |

I booked my flight to AZ. I have to say I'm very excited!!! Bike week is March 30th-April 5th so I know theres going to be alot going on and I'm sure I'll have fun. I'm scared but super excited to be getting away from NJ for 5 days at the same time... I may not want to come back. lol
I seriously feel like I need to start packing asap though... any one whose flown recently have any travel tips? With all the height/weight/check bags/carry on rules I feel like I'll never get it all straight. :/ |

I'm in need of something. Someone who is VERY good/had knowledge of photoshop/etc who can make Promo flyers for the club I work at. I will be more then willing to pay you to do this if infact you are good and can produce a quality product.

I'm not sure if i'm even going to be able to make it to Riviera on Halloween yet but.... I finally picked out/bought a halloween costume! I'm waiting for it to be shipped to me so lets pray it looks hot in person considering I didnt get to try it on. :/

I ran out to Hamilton yesterday to buy Justice a kiddie pool... ya know like one of those cheapy plastic things since he loves going in the pool with my dad so much. I figure I can fill it up and if hes outside on his runner he can sit in there if he wants :)
I come out of the store and see a shopping cart in front of my car. When I go to get in I see someone left their PURSE in the cart! In good faith, I could never just walk away and leave it there since I know what it feels like to get your wallet stolen from you when Jay stole mine last October. :/ So I open in and start looking for a cellphone, no go.. I'm like damn how the hell am I gonna find a phone number for this lady. Then I think to find her drivers license and call 411. No drivers license. lol Just as I'm about to give up I see an emergency contact form for her in the front of her wallet! I call the house line.. no answer. I call the emergency contact named "Dana" expecting it to be her sister or daughter or something. I get a guy answer the phone saying... "This is Dana" I'm like ummm Hi.. I'm trying to get in touch with Nancy...
He's like hold on let me get here. I was like umm Hi Nancy.. I'm in the parking lot in front of Michael's and I think you left your purse in the shopping cart. She was like omg I was just on the phone cancelling all my credit cards! I was like well... your not far from here if you want i'll drop it off at your house for you if you can give me directions. (Totally forgetting the $650 I spent on a GPS!!!!) LOL Shes like omg no i'd feel bad.. shes like would you mind waiting with it for like 10-15 min and I'll meet you there? I'm like no thats totally fine.
She gets there and comes up to me and this little old lady starts hugging me and told me I was an angel from god. LOL She tried to give me money which I told her she didn't need to do b/c I would want someone to do the same thing for me if my purse/wallet was found somewhere. She insisted I take the money though and I walked to my car. I got in the car and looked in my hand and she gave me $50!!!!! I was like damn.. I should find peoples purses more often!! LOL |

Sooo I totally abused my LJ friend card by asking Doug (![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) the36thchamber) to help me pick up a FREE Limited Edition MAC Lipstick only avaliable to people in California. I have a couple other East Coast friends I'd like to help get these lipsticks for so if anyone of my LJ friends live close to a MAC store and would be willing to help me out LMK. I'd love you forever and I'd be willing to paypal you for shipping or whatever.
